At Impact Charity Services (ICS), our mission is to expand access to high-quality healthcare vocational training, education, and workforce development opportunities that prepare individuals for sustainable, long-term careers and create pathways to economic stability.

We are committed to empowering underserved youth and entry-level workers with the practical skills, professional confidence, and industry-recognized credentials needed to pursue stable and rewarding careers in healthcare. Through targeted educational scholarships, hands-on healthcare training, and career development opportunities, we help participants overcome barriers to employment and build pathways toward career advancement, financial independence, and long-term self-sufficiency.

By investing in education, healthcare workforce development, and career opportunities, Impact Charity Services helps individuals build brighter futures while strengthening families and the communities they call home.

Project Cooper L.I.F.T.

The Cooper L.I.F.T. program has been growing rapidly. In 2020, through the educational arm of L.I.F.T., Impact Charity Services brought together two of our partners, Cooper Hospital and Camden County College, to formulate a program that empowers entry-level employees to reach a higher skill and educational level and thereby obtain a higher level of employment within the hospital.
